What is your warranty on water damage repair?

Our standard 6 month parts and labour warranty applies. Any part of your device which was replaced due to the initial water damage has this warranty.

I dropped my device in water and or other liquid. Is this worth looking at?

Yes it is. Water, especially salt water is very corrosive. Other liquids such as milk, pop, alcoholic drinks, etc, are not that helpful to your device either. What about my passwords/codes on my device?

What do I need to send with my device?

Nothing. Just your device. We do not require any accessories with your device or even your SIM card, if your device has one. We have our own SIM cards for testing. If you feel comfortable removing it, please do.

I attempted to repair my device myself and have it in pieces. Can I send it to you for repair?

Sure, No Problem. Just select the unknown/other option from the drop down menu for your particular device. Please give us a brief description of your problem with the device. We will diagnose your device and call with an estimate.

Will my device be securely packaged for the return trip to me?

Yes. We currently use boxes of 2 different sizes. They are called ULINE KRAFT INDUSTRUCTO MAILERS. They have a tested 200lb crush weight. Triple wall sides and double wall front and bottom. UNLINE Model S-18155 and S-18963. ULINE Anti-Static Industrial Bubble wrap Model S-1268P is used to wrap your device.

What is your method and speed of shipping?

We use Canada Post Xpresspost exclusively to mail your repaired device back to you.
